Slavonic Castle

Slavonic Castle website

Description

I had the opportunity to work on the website for Slawenburg Lausitz, a project managed by the Slavonic Europe foundation led by President David Chmelík. This historic site, located in Brandenburg, Germany, is a reconstructed 9th-century Slavic fortress that now serves as a museum and cultural center.

The website was created using WordPress to meet the specific needs of Slawenburg Lausitz and Slavonic Europe. It showcases the rich history of the fortress and its current role as a museum, featuring information about various exhibitions and events. The project required a balance between presenting historical content and creating an engaging, user-friendly interface for visitors. I focused on optimizing the site’s structure and content presentation to effectively communicate the site’s historical significance and its current offerings to potential visitors. The result is a comprehensive online platform that serves as a digital gateway to this important cultural landmark.
